SUMMARY
Agronomed Biologics, LLC is a medical marijuana research & development company that was awarded one of three Clinical Registrant (“CR”) permits in Pennsylvania as part of a first-in-the-nation medical marijuana research program that will result in clinical research on any of the 23 serious medical conditions approved by the PA Department of Health.
The CR permit allows Agronomed to build and operate a grower/processor and six dispensaries in addition to conducting clinical research in partnership with Drexel University College of Medicine, the Company’s Academic Clinical Research Center (“ACRC”) partner.
Agronomed is raising $20mm of equity at a $71.5mm pre-money valuation in order to operationalize its business and fund the initial research plan.
